Return Policy


Once an order has been delivered, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery at kriaanshjewellery@gmail.com

This report must include aΒ clear, uncut unboxing video showing:

  • The outer packaging with the address label clearly visible.
  • The package being opened.
  • The contents inside, including the damaged product.

Once the claim is approved, a replacement will be provided at no extra cost, subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction and post the refund to your account.

For cancellations made in accordance with our policy, refunds will be issued within 2–3 business days.
